Mortgage Valuation (Scheme One)

A Mortgage Valuation Report (MVR) is normally instructed by a mortgage lender to help form their decision on the value of a property for loan purposes. It is important to note that this is a limited inspection and not a survey – only visible defects that have a material effect on value are reported. The sole aim of this restricted inspection is to provide an opinion of market value of the property and advise whether the property is suitable to lend on.

Valuation for Legal Proceedings, Matrimonial and Taxation purposes

This is a limited inspection of the property designed to provide you with an opinion of “Market Value” at a specific date. We will carry out the inspection but it is not a detailed survey. The report is for valuation purposes only.
